• All payments for dental services, consultations, and bookings are non-refundable under any circumstances

• Full or partial prepayments may be required to secure appointments or packages

• Payment can be made via bank transfer, credit/debit card, or approved online methods

• Treatment will not proceed unless payment terms are agreed upon and fulfilled

These are third-party services and Cayo Dental holds no liability for delays, quality issues, or incidents related to external vendors.

Patients undergoing procedures under sedation or GA (general anesthesia) must comply with preoperative health screening requirements.
