Refund and Returns Policy

At Cayo Dental International, we are committed to providing transparent, high-quality dental care for both local and international patients. By choosing our services, you agree to the terms outlined in this Refund and Returns Policy.
No Refund Policy
Please note that:
All payments made toward dental consultations, diagnostics, treatments, or treatment packages at Cayo Dental International are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
This includes, but is not limited to:

Consultation fees
-
Booking or reservation deposits
-
Payments for treatment procedures (including partial or full payments)
-
Promotional, discounted, or package-based services
-
Prepaid appointments, whether attended or not

Payments for same-day or one-day dental treatments (e.g., implants, crowns, bridges, etc.)
Why Are Refunds Not Offered?
Dental services involve clinical time, resource allocation, and personalized medical procedures that are not returnable or reversible once delivered or committed to.
Additionally:

Materials are custom ordered and prepared in advance

Appointments involve time blocks that prevent others from booking

All treatments are performed in accordance with informed patient consent
Cancellations & Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be confirmed by our team.
Failure to provide adequate notice may result in forfeiture of any prepaid amounts.
Treatment Discontinuation
If a patient voluntarily discontinues treatment midway, no refund will be offered for the portion of the treatment that remains incomplete.
However, in such cases, we will provide a summary of completed treatment and any relevant clinical notes, upon request.
Credit & Transfer Policy (If Applicable)
In some special cases — subject to management approval — partial payments made may be:

Applied as credit toward future treatment (valid for 6 months), or

Transferred to another eligible patient within your family with written consent
This is discretionary and must be approved in writing by Cayo Dental’s Management.
