Warranty-Related Concerns

If your complaint is related to a treatment covered under warranty (e.g., crowns, bridges, implants, aligners), please have your Warranty Card Number and Date of Issue ready. You’ll be guided to enter those details when you indicate that your complaint is warranty-related.


 

Response Time

Once submitted:

  • You will receive an email confirmation acknowledging your complaint.

  • Our management team will review the case within 48 hours.

  • You may be contacted for further clarification if necessary.

  • A formal response or resolution will be issued within 7 working days.


 

Confidentiality

Your privacy is important to us. All complaints are handled confidentially and are accessible only to authorized quality assurance personnel. No information will be shared without your consent.
